Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ListenToMe LLC, doing business as Parylex (“Parylex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you respond to our advertisements, visit parylex.com (the “Sites”), contact us, or use our products and services (the “Services”). It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

This Policy describes rights that may apply under U.S. state consumer privacy laws. Whether a particular law applies depends on its scope, thresholds, exemptions, and the relevant processing.

1. Quick Summary

  • We collect contact information, business information, and online activity data, and payment information.
  • We use it to deliver our Services, market to prospective customers, and run our business.
  • We share it with service providers, and as required by law.
  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • We may record or transcribe sales, onboarding, support, demo, and AI voice interactions after providing the configured notice.
  • We use AI tools to help power demo experiences, website chat, voice agents, and internal response drafting.
  • You have rights to access, delete, correct, and limit how we use your information. See Section 12 to exercise them.

2. Mobile Communication Policy

When you provide your mobile number and separately opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Parylex related to your demo request, appointments, account activity, service updates, and support. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Consent checkboxes are not preselected. Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Other data-sharing categories in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We do not currently use the website demo request checkbox as consent for promotional SMS campaigns. If we add marketing SMS, we will request it separately with its own optional checkbox.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost: Standard message and data rates apply per your carrier's terms.

Phone numbers and SMS consent records may be processed by service providers, including our CRM and messaging provider GoHighLevel, only to deliver messages you have consented to receive and to maintain required compliance records.

Government authoritiesWhen required by law, subpoena, or court order

We require service providers to use personal information only for the purposes we authorize and under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

We do not independently use Client Personal Data to train a Parylex-owned generalized AI model. AI, speech, and transcription providers may retain or process inputs and outputs for service delivery, security, abuse monitoring, or product improvement under their contracts and configured controls. We disclose material provider data uses through the applicable client agreement, DPA materials, or subprocessor register and do not affirmatively opt Client Personal Data into an optional provider training program without the client's written authorization.

7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not currently share personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism here.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies for authenticated areas and security. We also load first-party CRM analytics to measure page and form performance. The Sites do not currently load advertising pixels or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Managing cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no such sale or sharing to opt out of on the Sites. If that practice changes, we will update this Policy, provide the required opt-out, and recognize legally required universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

We do not use session replay technology on our Sites.

9. Call Recording

We record sales, onboarding, support, demo, and AI voice interactions for quality assurance, training, recordkeeping, technical troubleshooting, and dispute resolution. At the start of each live recorded call, we provide a verbal or interface notice that the call is being recorded. By continuing the call after this notice, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will end or pause the recording where feasible.

Recordings are stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel and our service providers, and retained as described in Section 10.

9A. AI Tools and Automated Features

Some Services use AI or automated systems to generate website drafts, answer demo questions, operate chat or voice experiences, summarize conversations, classify leads, and assist our team. These tools may process business information, website content, chat messages, call transcripts, form submissions, and related technical data.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for every situation. We use reasonable review and safety measures, but you should independently review AI-generated content, recommendations, and responses before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, emergency, or safety-related decisions.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services, maintain appropriate business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. We maintain an internal retention schedule and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

Customer account recordsDuring the relationship and for the documented post-termination period needed for contracts, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations
Marketing leadsUntil the documented inactivity period expires, you request deletion, or continued retention is otherwise justified

You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 12. After deletion is processed, we may retain limited information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
